n00b need help with flash drive

Hello all. First time posting here. Hows it going?

I have softmodded my 4.1u Wii and now I am in the process of playing games off my 8GB Sandisk USB flash drive. I checked the compatibility chart and it said this flash drive should work. So I have an iso of Zelda: Skyward Sword and I used WBFS Manager to format my drive and load the game. Now I have Configurable USB Loader and USB Loader GX. They both recognize the game but when I press play, it goes blank for about 5 seconds and then goes back to HBC or Wii Home. I am at my wits end with this. Ive looked at all of the tutorials but I just cant seem to figure it out. Any ideas?

I know you've seen these types of questions posted plenty of times here, but help a brother out.

Okay good. Make sure you've set the game to load from IOS249.
You do this by going into game settings. Don't forget to save the settings.

Also, you may need to do the motion plus video trick.
Look at this guide HERE. Follow all the steps, don't miss any.
And yes, even though the linked guide is for Wii Sports Resort,
it applies to all motion plus games.
