This is probably caused by a bad dump or damaged disc. The dump or the disc is probably damaged at that particular point and fails to load. If it is a dump, then I suggest you re-rip it. If it's a disc, I suggest you make a new one from your back-up (you did make one right?). If you are a pirate and just downloaded the game, then walk the plank, because that's what we do with pirates here!

NOTE: I removed the link to your save file, because I did not think it was relevant to the problem and to protect our members from malware. I am not saying you uploaded malware (in fact I did not even bother to check), but it's just a safety precaution.

the Disc is a tad scratched but i didnt think it'd cause that. i'll get one of those repair kits (that gooo) and try again tonight.

Maybe i just have a bad disc, because it happens even if i play from disc,

if its the disc i'm not surprised, (try playing FFXI w/ the newer collection discs on the 360 clos ethen restart the game .. blamo! DRE's) so i'm kinda use dto the possibility

If the repair kit doesn't work, you could read further here: How to Fix a Scratched CD - wikiHow
