    Updating softmoded wii

    alright, before starting i would like to say i dont want my wii to be hacked anymore so idc if it erase my homebrew. so i wanna update my wii (4.1U atm) to 4.3 but when i go to the update with wi-fi place it just tell me that my wii is at the latest update when its not! will updating it from a disk fix it or should i update it from wakinko formware updater? thank you :3

    If you whish to remove your softmod, you can use the guide we have for it. It's in the recommended guides & tutorials section. Be aware though that this is risky to do and that you might brick your wii! I would recommend you update your softmod using the softmod any wii guide, but if you are hellbent on removing it, the use the guide to remove it.

    alright, if its risky i guess il try to update it with the guide or just use Priiloader and block all update from disc and online. would that work for zelda skyward swords? im on 4.1u thats the last game il buy for my wii haha thx

    Hey I asked about this earlier and got the same answer - but do I follow all the instructions on how to softmod the wii from top to bottom? Or am I supposed to only do one part of the guide? I'm so confused! All I want to do is play Skyward Sword. It keeps asking me to update.
