As of right now, I hope this my last query...

Now that I have my Wii softmodded, I have one (hopefully) final question:

I have The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword on pre-order from Gamestop (due to mitigating circumstances, I am unable to pick it up at the current time), and I am wondering, when I am able to get it, I know that I will have to update my Wii in order to play it. The only thing is, since I have softmodded my Wiil and if I updated my Wii via SKyward Sword, then there is a very strong possibility of me bricking my Wii (according to Mauifrog's guide). If there is a way to bypass this (install the necessary softmod update in orded to play Skyward Sword), how can I do it?

If you just followed the ANY Wii guide you already have everything you need. Just make sure you have priiloader set to block disc updates.

The thing is, I followed Mauifrog's guide to sofmodding my Wii, and per the guide's suggestion, I set up priiloader to block disc updates. So, my question is, will this disable my Wii from playing Skyward Sword?
