Wiiflow suddenly stopped loading usb hdd, syscheck results in here...

I installed wiiflow for my my sons wii, have been adding games to a hdd on then quiet as a surprise for him and periodically testing it. All has been fine until came to test last night and it wont load. There are actually two wiiflows as channels, one starts to load then returns to menu, the other goes to a black screen and hangs. syscheck below if anyone would be good enough to have a look, thank you. No other usb loader works either

Does WiiFlow show up on HBC? (Homebrew Channel)
What happens if you try to load WiiFlow from HBC?

If WiiFlow does not appear on HBC, it means someone may have removed WiiFlow from the SD card. That would cause the black screen/return to system menu.

It seems you only have Hermes cIOS 224[37]. I don't much about WiiFlow, but I suggest updating/installing cIOS.
If you follow chapter 2 of mauifrog's guide, you'll have all the required cIOS. (No, you don't have to install the 4.1 system menu. Be sure to use the PAL downloads.)

I believe you have the minimum requirements to use WiiFlow, so it's likely that somethings wrong with your installation/configuration of WiiFlow, but I would still update using mauifrog's guide to be sure.

A the moment I have it working have reinstalled wiiflow to work on hbc from ios249 which I had reinstalled, this will only work coming off my hdd. At the moment its downloading all the covers etc, when thats done I'll see if I can get it working from the channels as thats my preferred options.

Well now it will only work off the hdd but can find the covers even though they are all there, can understand that nor why cant get it to work from the channels#

I'm starting to get very confused, so I'll just post what I know will work.

    Here's WiiFlow stable (r374): wiiflow-r374.zip
I tested and packaged it myself.

Extract the contents of the .zip archive.
Place the "wiiflow" folder under "fat:/apps/"
It should look like this: "fat:/apps/wiiflow"

If WiiFlow still does not start, please do chapter 2 of mauifrog's guide. This will install Hermes and d2x with the correct bases which will ensure that all you're cIOS' are correctly installed.
    Link: Guide: Soft-Mod ANY Wii

Assuming you installed the channels/forwarders correctly, WiiFlow should load properly from the WiiFlow channels you've installed.

If WiiFlow is not detecting any games/HDD, please ensure that the HDD is plugged into the correct USB slot.

Got it working in a way, uninstalled all wiiflows anywhere on the sd or hdd, uodated as many ios / cios as could, got wiiflow 2.1 for cios250 and installed that to sd to run under hbc, v2.1 lets you select what sector so could point to wbfs sector of hdd. Will try set up a forwarder channel tomorrow and see if that works so dont have to go through hbc. Then the challenge is to install it to the fat32 sector of hdd which is my preferred option. Very odd experience this...

any IOS you install wont really matter due to darkcorp but your cIOS update will help a little especially if you reinstalled 222 and 223 since they have been stubbed.

I highly recommend taking shift_locks advice. Its never good for someone who's having issues to try and update their cIOS manually.

Btw, WiiFlow v2.1 (r87) is from mid 2010 and the stable version I packaged is from July 2011 (r374). There have been a lot of bug fixes since r87.
You can find the official WiiFlow forwarders/channels here: Wiiflow/forwarders - WiiFloWiki

    Good luck.
