Unhappy Black screen / game freeze

I done exactly as this thread:
Softmod Any Wii's tutorial for installing Softmod and CFG-USBLoader
    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html

Problem 1: Sometime CFG-USBloader starts, sometimes not.
    Description:
When it does not start, I get a black screen with text and numbers with something "dump" and system restarts in 60 seconds.

    Problem 2: Cannot run/play/start games!
    Description:
When I try to start game, the WII freezes and I can only hard reset it. I've tried with Super Paper Mario, Mario Kart, Monster Hunter Tri, Punch Out and Rune Factory Frontiers.

Mario: Black screen when I try to load the games from CFG-USBLoader.

Punch Out: The game loads from CFG, but after entering the game and when I press on "Career mode" or "Options" the game freezes.

Rune Factory: I select start game, and I hear the male voice read until the word "memories" he reads "mem" and I can still hear music in the background, but faintly the game freezes.

Monster Hunter Tri: The game loads from CFG, after entering the game and when I press on Start Game, the screen turns black and freezes.

    My WII:
I am running on Softmod, with cIOS248[base-56]v21d2x6 and also tried with cIOS222[38]-v4 and cIOS223[37-38]-v.

I have also tried to format my HDD both as FAT32 and WBFS.

    My console is WII 4.1U.

    Many Thanks

    -Stay with FAT32 (FULL FORMAT)

-Not sure what version of CFG you are on but try v69, v70 seems to have some bugs..
    - You may have to mess with the game settings in cfg and change the cIOS they run from. different games use different cIOS to play.
    - Some games need different configurations in the game menu from cfg like, video patch anti 002, yada yada yada..
-Most the games you listed are problem games. there is a thread for that.. google: "problematic games site: wiihacks.com"

    -your syscheck looks good.

Did I come off like a jerk?? Read more here

    thank you for your reply.

I got it to work after reformatting and reinstalling games through my Mac using Wii Back Up Fusion...

Spent hours and hours using Wii Back Up Manager on windows-0.3-9Build 63 and didnt get it to work, maybe that was the problem....
