Your syscheck looks fine other that you should have cIOS249 [56] d2x v6
    instead of cIOS249 [38] d2x v6. Get cIOS249 [56] d2x v6 from here. (Look
    in the cIOS249 d2x spoiler).
Then see if you can launch a disc with Neogamma.

I installed cIOS249 [56] d2x v6 and attempted to run an original copy of Wii Play with Neogamma. When I do this, I encounter a dump screen.

Maybe something is wrong with the drives? I don't have another Wii to test them in.
    What do you think?

EDIT: Also noteworthy; when I try to launch a game from Waninkoko's Dump Channel it will call the ID and rip the game, but Ocarina/Gecko OS will call the Title ID but will fail to start the game. I find this intriguing, yet annoying.

I will, but I think my HDD stopped working today. It was completely unallocated. I tried to make a partition table and two partitions and gparted said the operation was successful, but it lied.

Anyway, that's irrelevant, but I'll get to it.

    --
If this is a physical problem I hope it's just something wrong with the ODDs PCB and not some controller on the mobo. This thing already has a bad AV encoder.
But... I guess I can't be sure about it if I haven't tried the USB loader. I'll post my findings.

Edit: Oh, my HDD is working now. That thing is unstable. I think it might be failing. I'll get to it asap!

Edit: I didn't get the HDD to work. But Wiispeak works now, so that must have been a different issue. I'm going to dig around some more.

Something just doesn't sit right with this op and his/her posts. Even with this post, you say your sys menu is currently 4.2u, but then you post a sys chk that's over a year old with the sys menu stating it's a 4.0/4.1???
Whoever you are, this site, it's mods, its staff and its members have built up a valuable site of resources, dedicated to freeing the built in capabilities of a game system we all love and enjoy. There's not an issue that hasn't been covered here, to help you repair/recover your unit. I'm not saying not to ask for help or guidance, but when you make it known that you have the basic ability to navigate a hard and/or soft mod, and you do something fishy....just doesn't sit right.
It's the detective in me. I'm assuming you're an agent for some company, attempting to see if there's any "illegal" activities going on here, so you can get a court order to shut down this site. What you're doing is "baiting" - chumming the waters, to see if any of the "Robbing Hoods" will make your case. If I'm ranting, I apologize...but it just doesn't sit right.
Anyway, if you actually have an issue, post a current sys chk. Maybe you're playing an out-of-region game. Help us help you.

Why would you try to launch a retail disc through anything other than the disc channel? All of your posts imply that original games will not run....try launching via the disc channel then!

Is there a way I could access the official disc channel without loading the system menu?
Like I've said, the system menu gives me the error message as soon as it loads the disc. Does that mean anything?
What I'm trying to imply is that system menu gives me a non specific error when it loads the disc.

My Wii's settings aren't set. Like I said, I haven't played the Wii for over a year and the cmos battery must have died as it's been unplugged nearly this whole time. I performed that system check at the time of the post.

Maybe your system menu is messed up. Does it load up to the wii menu without a disc in? You could try reinstalling the system menu. If you do that you will need to reinstall priiloader.

Already reinstalled the system menu twice. It loads it without a disc. When I try to load a disc it will spin and as soon as it loads it shows the following screen:

It doesn't even show the "Disc cannot be read" error on the Disc channel. It goes straight to that error.

EDIT: The Operations Manual does not say anything about this error. It's not very specific anyway. My discs are the correct region and I have tried loading the discs without and with Priiloader hacks enabled. It's always the same error.

EDIT: I've just tried something else. I noticed it does this same thing with any disc I insert. Also, I tried it with a blank DVD and it keeps reading. I get the error when I remove it.
