    How to setup wads?

How do I make channels on my wii? Tried watching YouTube videos as a guide..... didn't work.

Are you talking about creating channels to launch games from your HDD?

Well I installed wad installer on homebrew channel, but it wouldn't work so I was told to get homebrew filter installer with got me a lil further into the process. It takes me to the install screen when I hit the reset button to install wads as channels it says gecko 1. Wad ok on everything until installing ticket( ugg3) error (ret = -2011) what am I doing wrong? New to this kinda

There's a lot of fail going on here. Failtube, gecko, someone said get homebrew filter installer since wad installer didn't work.... What guide did you use to mod your wii? Sounds to me like you may need to start all over again. Post a syscheck using the guide in my sig.

I have a 4.3u I used smash stack to mod it myself a couple of months ago. Every thing I've used worked fine up until the wad thing if I try and open in the hbc it says error this is not a valid wii application. That's why I was told to use the homebrew filter, but still no luck. It's not a big deal if I get it to read wads, just wanted to learn more about the modding.

Where's that syscheck? We should really start from there. And also, what wad program are you trying to use?

I'm really new to this wii stuff alot of things I don't know, how do I get the system check? And how do we talk on here one on one. Sorry to be so much in the dark ages with all the wii terms I surprised I modded my wii to begin with, was so scared about bricking it.
