Seems you have asked this question twice in the softmod any wii guide
and now you start your own thread on the same topic.
My guess is you haven't read the forum rules have you?
To answer your question, yes, your wii will play out of region games
through a USB loader. Disc is probably out of the question as your drive
    probably can't read backups.
NOTE: I'm going to delete your posts in the softmod any wii guide.
And in future please keep your questions to one thread.

EDIT: Seeing as you have original PAL games, I don't see any way of
ripping them to HDD. If there is a way to get the game iso onto a HDD
(please let me know if there is anyone)you would be able to play them.
But because your drive probably doesn't read backups and SM 4.3 removed
region free I'm not seeing a way. Sorry if my post above has mislead you.

Well SM 4.3 removes regionfree. Downgrading to 4.1 may fix this.
There's an option to do so in maui's softmod any wii guide, as well
as an option to region change your wii.
Did you use that guide to softmod?

Well I've ripped PAL games (because I'm in the UK) to the HDD with USB Loader GX. I also have NTFS and PAL games on the HDD and they all play with the 3 USB Loaders I have installed. I haven't changed any settings in the Loaders to enable this they have always played straight off.

I'm told there is a setting in PriiLoader that allow different types of games to be played.
