    Error 1167

Loaded Homebbrew Channel, works great, from Maui's 4.3 softmod guide. But: backup channel keeps reading disk error 1167 on backed up wii games. I reburned several of them, same error. I might have to abandon traditional backed up DVDs for USB. Any ideas?

    Bet...

Think my burning isnt working right? Maybe. It's weird that none of the games I burned worked, though. I'll try one more time, using Img on x1 rate.

Willing to bet the console was manufactured after sept 09 and is unable to read backup disks.

With you on that one odd. Also check here to see if your Wii is actually capable of playing DVD's.
