WBFS fails to initialize (Not read HD - SysCheck included)

I have a 4.2U Wii, with a 1TB Western Digital drive that has been softmodded/in use for the last 2 years. I have searched all over for possible clues as to why the Wii won't recognize my drive anymore. I have tested my friends HD (SeaGate 500gb) which also is working on my Wii with no luck. I have bought another drive, reformatted with 2 partitions, first is 1GB of Fat32, the other half 465GB with WBFS manager and nothing. My wii isn't reading anything... I have reformatted my 1GB Kings SD card and setup WiiFlow again with no luck. The SeaGate drive reads fine on the computer, and I'm able to load the 1TB WD fine on my PC via WBFS Manager. I've searched through these forums and done IOS updates and see if that works, no luck. I'm thinking of virginizing to 4.3 and starting from scratch - Below is my syscheck, anybody have any clues before I go down this path? Thanks in advance for your help!

Dont update to 4.3 there is no point. You need to install ios 58 and run hackmii again to re install HBC for starters.

Have you set the wbfs partition to primary and active..?

I installed IOS 58, and redid BOOTMI installing HBC and Boot2. I also had the WBFS partition as primary, but not active. I set it as boot primary and active, and it still won't read the drive. Now also, the BootMii sequence is coming up everytime I power the Wii, I'd like to stop that

The system menu version has nothing to do with usb loading. I'm assuming that you are using wiiflow only? Have you tried any other loaders?

Thanks for the response cjizzle. Yeah, I've tried USB Loader GX, and then tried Configurable USB Loader, yet no dice. The Configurable USB Loader was attempted due to another thread suggesting that worked for someone else with the same issue, didn't work for me:012:

Try setting your default IOS in your loaders to 222 and switch the usb slot you are using on the wii to the "top" one (or the innermost port)

Set WiiFlow and Configurable USB Loader to run IOS 222 without any luck. Both are unable to detect the USB drive. Yes, set the USB cable to the top slot (My wii is flat, not on it's side standing) :044:
