Wii SD card problem

Hi,recently i bought used Wii for 80 euros.Man told me that evrth works gr8 but when i got it i found out that Wii wont load originals and whats worse it even wont load SD card.I have transcend 2 GB card,and 1GB sandisc.I tried formatting them via official,panasonic,windows formatter but no help.When i insert them all i got is this sd card is not usable.Should i put some files or what on it to make it work?

Hmmm Would putting files on my sd card so there is actually some data on there for the wii to read help? Erm Yes...
