So I just softmodded my Wii last night, I got it to play backups and everything but now today it gives me an error like 00053000 and no cios and dvd-r. I don't know why it's suddenly doing this and I'm like a mega noob at all this stuff. Like, if there is something below noob then I'm that because I feel like a lost dog. If you need to know what my SD card looks like now I'll post it then and I'll give whatever else information needed.
What guide did you use to softmod?

Search the forum there is detailed soft mod guides there is no qyick guide all has to be done slowly and correctly no skipping any parts.

You both should go through the Any Wii link in my signature because it sounds like you both missed a whole lot. Don't skip steps.
