External hdd blinking after loading game in usb loader gx

After install a new game onto an external hdd using WiiBackup manager, I played a few different games before testing the newest game. All games that I had on the hdd worked fine every one tested. I just tested the new game to see what controls u could use and the game seem to load fine. I turned off the wii and did not turn it back on for a few days. When I did turn it on, everything loaded fine Im using usbloadergx, it a 3.3u wii and it loaded right into the gx menu, but when I choose a game the screen goes black the wii disk drive blinks blue and the hdd blinks 3 times over and over. I tryed running a syscheck and it gets about 75% done and freezes. It does produce a report on the sd card but only the first basic stuff up till what ios and stubs u have, but nothing after that. I have and old syscheck and I updated all the ios and cios that i have on that list. But the wii still blackscreens all games. It loads into the gx menu fine. Homebrew runs fine off the sd card and my pc and wiibackup manager pick up the hdd. I dont want to damage a wii that works fine and the hdd is *poop* or something. I thought Id see what the pros said before I do something stupid. Please help

Use a different version of syscheck and see if it works!
I had problems with revision 2.1.0 b9 I think it was, so
I reverted back to b7 and it worked! Either that, or re-install
the IOS syscheck gets stuck on.
