Search is not helping me.. maybe you can. I need to run IOS 58 but stuck on 61

I have been searching and trying different things for the last 3 hours and cannot seem to get my HBC to tell me its running on IOS58. I have tried even deleting IOS61 and no luck. What am I doing wrong here?
When I downloaded the standalone IOS58 installer and tried running it I get installation failed error.

Keep in mind I am very much a noobie. I bought my wii a year and a half ago I think and I modded it according to a guide found here and everything worked smooth up until now. I installed the WIIMC and want to create a channel or redirect or whatever to make it easier for my wife to use.
The WIIMC channel says I need to be running IOS58. That is the only thing I am stuck on at the moment. Appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks

Umm is the fact that I also tried another method not relevant to helping me find my solution? If you don't want newbies here just say so. There is absolutely no excuse for wasting either of our time responding just to be a jerk. I am here to get help.. not to be treated like a dog. I have found 5 different threads asking this exact same question and while plenty of them have the same old crap spewed NOBODY to date has given an actual answer to fix this. I should have known I wouldnt get an answer but on most forums they ask their members to treat each other with respect. Thanks for replying with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HELPFUL.

Hello odd, nice of you to be making friends I see. @OP, uninstall any IOS 58 wad you may have installed and then try the installer again. if that doesn't work try using the NUSD app to download the latest version of the file and compile a wad for you to use in wad manager.

I already tried that. That is the update I posted that set odd off getting pissy cause I added to this thread that I tried NUSD and it failed as well.

Brian I started the thread only one time. I added to it that I also tried NUSD. I was not trying to bump the thread.. it was already at the top.
I dont mind waiting.. I just wanted to add that since I posted I tried making a wad with NUSD and it failed as well.

Now back to the original topic at hand. I will try uninstalling any IOS58 that is already installed. I will try a search on that since I dont know how to uninstall a IOS other than deleting it and Im not sure that is the right way.

If anyone comes up with any more ideas let me know and I will try those. About to the point of just giving up and buying another wii and starting fresh to see if I can make a new one work right.
