I have an American Wii that's been fully updated, and unmodded in any way. I would like to know what the easiest, simplest way to disable region lockouts is, and how to go about it. I have no interest in homebrewed games or backups, only to be able to play games purchased form other regions. Any suggestions?

On a related note, are seperate Wii consoles from different regions compatible with other regions' Wiis' cords, wires, accessories, power supplies, etc.?
Wire an accessories yes but i would think power cords would be different
So a Japanese or European Wii will work in North America with a North American Wii's power supply cord?
I'm not sure. Alot of electrical goods now come with both 2 and 3 prong plugs, so its a possibility. Also I read alot of people region changing there wii's so i'm assuming that they do, all though just so u r clear this is not a definitive answer.
Do European Wiis work on NTSC TVs in America? Will the difference in Hz matter?
