The Wii ID: What mysterious powers does it hold?

So I am wondering just how much mischief one can achieve with a Wii ID. Can I use it to glean info from another Wii somehow, like IP address, MAC address or what? Does my friend have to accept something? If my Wii is decked out with cIOS stuff can I do stuff to my friend's Wii to mess with him? Can I access someone's Wii from my computer like through an emulator?

Trust me, I am only going to use this for legal mischief. I don't want to go to jail. Ha ha!

You can not do anything with the ID other than add friends to your Wii message board for games and general email chat. They have to add your ID also , in order for it to work. I won't even begin to ask what legal purposes you would have to mess with any ones tech. I agree with Shift_lock on your last line. The things you mentioned would lead one to disbelieve that statement.
