    Question sysCheck-how to see patches?

    Hi everybody!

I have quick question regarding sysCheck. There are several posts with sample sysCheck and they show patches that applied to IOS (i.e. Hermes to 222,223,224 and Wanikoko).

I've tried sysCheck 2 and 2.1 but still don't get that info. I get only "regular" stuff like USB2, ES and NAND).

So how can I get info about patches? Should I use another program for that?

    Thanks in advance!

    PS. This site ROCKS!!!

You have the patches, that is what that means. You are using a newer version, while the examples are on the older versions. If you wish for us to look at it, post your syscheck in a spoiler.

But in mauifrog's guide he has this sysCheck (please note parts marked in green font)

I'd like to know because I had problems with playing Karaoke Glee. So I had to patch IOS222, 223 and 224 with Hermes 4/5.

I fixed the game but it's useful to know "just in case"

    Thanks

That's the SM Maui's softmod any wii guide installs! Look below at the snippet of the guide.
The System Menu 4.1 has been installed with elevated version of 544## making it completely imposible for Nintendo to update your system menu from disc or online. The 4.1 system menu is exactly the same as 4.2/4.3 but still has support for region free disc loading and function bannerbomb v1 v2 exploits. 4.1 is the recommended SM, if you do not wish to install it, delete sd:\wad\System Menu 4.1 wad
The reason it shows as SM 0.0 is because of the revision of syscheck the OP used.
    sysCheck v2.0 by Double_A
    ...runs on IOS58 (rev 6176).

    Region: NTSC-U
    System Menu 0.0 (v54449)
    Hollywood v0x21
    Console ID: 129598649
    Boot2 v4
But when you look at this random syscheck (take note of revision) you'll see the SM shows up different
but the version is the same!
    sysCheck v2.1.0b6 by Double_A
    ...runs on IOS58 (rev 6176).

    Region: NTSC-U
    System Menu 4.0/4.1U (v54449)
Homebrew Channel 1.0.8 running on IOS58
    Hollywood v0x21
    Console ID: 129427075
    Boot2 v4
So, in conclusion, the older rev of syscheck shows SM 0.0
But the newer rev shows 4.0/4.1.
