I have my wii hacked and was working great then my hard drive stopped working. I then brought a 750gb seagate hard drive and put my files on to it and works most part. But when i but a disk in to the wii to transfure to the hard drive it brings up the massage ntfs write disable (set ntfs write=1). I have no clue what it means so can some one please help me out here.
Which loader are you using?
He's probably using CFG. Try adding these two lines to your config.txt.
ntfs_write = 1
fat_split_size = 0
i am using cfg
So than do exactly what I said. Fair warning though...Ripping to NTFS isn't as stable as WBFS or FAT32 so you might encounter problems with your games.
Ok so how would I do those two procedures
You open the config file on your SD and add those 2 lines that dark said 3 posts up

what if there isn't a config.txt file on the SD card? Just installed mauifrogs "softmod any wii". Am i able to take from another SD card that has CFG V3? Thanks in advance ya"ll.
