Wink Softmodded Wii, want to use WiiFlow but getting an error - help?

Okay, so I followed this guide. I'm on 4.2u and everything seemed to be working perfectly.

I have my games backed up to an external hard drive (NTFS, Primary/Active partition) and want to use WiiFlow, but I'm getting an "disc_setusb failed" error when I try and play a game.

Can someone explain to me how to get this working? I thought I used all the correct cios/wad/etc files, but the guides for doing this aren't very clear and don't really explain what each thing does/is for. I'd like to be able to turn on my Wii and have it instantly load up WiiFlow. Is this possible?

Moving this thread to Newbie section.

The ntfs guide has specific instructions on wiiflow that may help you out. Priiloader is able to boot you right into wiiflow.

    Thanks skellinator,

That link doesn't seem to be working, unfortunately. And I can't find it via search.

Ahhh....I forgot that the guide was not currently up right now because I can still see it. Check into the wiiflow guide...http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...-settings.html

Still a bit confused about what to do. Is there a way for me to wipe my Wii and start fresh?

Looks like I have IOS61 v22.30 - not sure which cIOS I have. Is there a way for me to check so I know which WiiFlow file to use?

When I start WiiFlow, it takes absolutely forever. The only way I can get it to work is by unplugging my hard drive, starting WiiFlow, then plugging it in when it shows that no HD was connected. From there, it all seems to work (I can see my games, cover art, etc.), but am still getting the "disc_setusb failed" error. Ah well.
