Wiiflow IOS249 "Please plug a USB HDD on port 0 or press Reset"

I've been having so much trouble with this thing.
    I love Wiiflow, especially when it was working. I have IOS 222, 223, 224, 236, 249, etc.
I can't elaborate on much, though.
Whenever I wait a bit while on the USB HDD screen, it will go to WiiFlow, and say "wbfs init failed" or whatever.
I'm running from 4.3U, and whatever other information you may need, just ask, and I'll post.
    Just please help me.

So....It was working and now it's not?
Did you update to 4.3 or did the wii come with 4.3?
Best just to post a syscheck so we can see what's going on.

Yes, it stopped working after I had to do something to make it where I can install WADs again.
I'll post the syscheck in a minute by editing this post.

    Spoiler

Edit: I had no idea there was a simpler method of posting this. I had just typed it all out.

All your cIOS are maxed out!

Re-install cIOS 249 to rev 17. Get the cIOS rev 17 installer HERE!
And re-install cIOS 223 and 224 to v4. Get Hermes cIOS v4 HERE!

    Thank you very much.
But on the cIOS 223 and 224, can you tell me what IOSes to choose and such?..
I keep getting errors because I'm blindly choosing stuff.

Ok. I copied this from stomp_42 Hermes cIOS v4 thread. So credit goes to him!

    1. Remove all GameCube memory cards and controllers, remove any disc that may be in the DVD slot, and unplug any usb device that may be plugged in. * This step is very important. Do not ignore it .
    2. UnRAR the Install Hermes cIOS v4 archive and copy the cIOS_installer folder to sd:/apps/
    3. copy the 00000001 folder to the root of your SD card (for offline install)
    4. Start HomeBrew Channel and start the cIOS 222 Installer
    5. Read the warning message and push A
    6. Select IOS249 (or IOS236) to perform the install with D-pad left/right and push A
    7. Select to Install Custom IOS 222 and select IOS38
    8. Wait for download and installation to complete
    9. Start HomeBrew Channel and start the cIOS 222 Installer again
    10. This time select Custom IOS 223 and select IOS37 merged with IOS38
    11. Hermes cIOS is now installed.

AH, thank you, so, so, much! This was the most difficulty I've encountered with my Wii, and everything's finally back in place!
I am very grateful; thank you again.
