    So do i gotta add a apps folder then add the system contents to the sd card? so my sd card might not be set up right even for my wii to read it?

    create apps folder on root of sd and put it in threre and it will show up in the hbc

    Correct. At the root of your SD there should be a folder named apps. Inside apps you place the homebrew program's folder which will generally contain at least the program (boot.dol or boot.elf), an image in PNG format, and a meta file (meta.xml). Most programs have addition READMEs, folders, and files that may need to stay in that folder or be placed at the root of your SD.

    but i never actually place the hb channel on the card, was someone suppose to give it to me when i bought the wii? im sorry

    The Homebrew Channel is installed on your Wii, not the SD. The SD is where you put you homebrew apps.

    It could just be worth while the o/p does Mauifrogs Mod Any Wii guide to get a jist of how the mod works and what they are installing.
