4.3E Wii - Usb loaders won't work - Black screen and no functionality

Hi all,

I recently sofmodded my wii to 4.3e using this guide here:

It was working well for a while through Wiiflow but now when I load Wifflow I don't get any functionality with my wii remote and there is just a black screen so I can't do anything. I have tried searching for a solution to the problem with no luck so I have decided to call for help.

I have enclosed a Syscheck reading for further information

you need to post the entire output of syscheck.

Have you accepted a disc update at any time?

does anything else work?

Have you tried downloading a fresh copy of wiiflow? or try CFG loader?

I downloaded Configurable USB loader and tried that but it came back with "Error: Couldn't open file" and as far as I'm aware I haven't accepted any disc updates at all.

Where is the rest of the sys check lol?
Could be a corrupt cios?.... Try installing your desired cios to slot 249


Edit - Yep now you have posted a full syscheck. 249 is a stub and you have no cios there......
You need to install one.

Edit - Funny because cios 222 and 223 are stubs as well and I know the guides here install those cios'
Have you got priiloader installed?

many thanks for your help greatly appreciated :) just one last question I know what CIOS I want, how do I go about installing it to 249? apologies for me being a n00b!

222 should be v4 (38)
223 should be v4 (37+38)

Use wad manager to install using cios 250 or ios 236 to install with.......

the strange thing is this is the second one in a few days with exactly those cios missing :p

All I can think is there was some sort of update taken and stopped some how.

Thats why I asked the op if he had prilloader installed

Yeah I have got Priloader installed so not sure what has happened blocked both dics/online updates

I'm installing both 222 v4 (38) and 223 v4 (37+38) using WAD Manager 1.4 using IOS 236 but still no luck :( i will make a donation to anyone who can get me back up and running
