Disc Read Error 1167, Did i screw Up on Mod?

Sorry, this post might be long, but i want to point out every detail.

    some info:
S/N=LU7278233 (Wii Drive Chip Database - Serial Number Estimation)
Was on 4.3U, now on 4.1

when trying to run NeoGamma R8 rev. 17 i get error code error 1167
which when searching looks like my wii may be incomparable, but is not a new wii, the wii was bought sometime in 2008, or 2009, and i also read on some website that serial number LU736 and up were incomparable.

Im not sure if this would have anything to do with it, but i did manage to successfully hack a wii a while back. and still had the left over files. So when trying on another wii tonight i reused that old zip and these (http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html) instructions, not realizing that the instructions, and files had been changed from a while ago. so instead of the 25 wads, i got 33 installed.

Once i found out what i was doing wrong, and downloaded all the files in there, and followed the guide to a "T" and got everything installed, over again. The reason im saying this, and i want everyone to know, that i patched over a patched system.

    also heres my Syscheck
    Code:
