Configurable Options - GAF's Wii Homebrew Tutorial
Try that, I think you have to do it by selecting favorites. I do not use cfg so I am no 100%sure. That page will give you ALL of the details on what can be done with it though.
I found the Sort = entry in the config.txt file. I set it to Sort = title and voila! all my games are sorted alphabetically. Hope this helps someone out in the future.
