Wiiflow will only launch second time using forwarder

Wiiflow 2.1 R92 (IOS249 rev 17), loading off forwarder channel.

Wiiflow will not launch first time, always return to wii menu. But always works second time. Any idea why this would happen? Launching all off the USB FAT partition, there's no wiiflow files on the SD card.

Attaching my syscheck report as well.

    syscheck

    Thanks in advance.

Try to reinstall the forwarder, or search for another one.
If you do the last, make sure it also looks on the USB.
Does it work fine when you launch it from homebrew channel?

The recent versions of HBC have a USB setting. It sounds like it hasn't been set to know you are using a USB drive-do that, please.
