WBFS HDD recognized, but wont run any games?

Hi guys, I'm new to this whole thing, and I just recently modded my wii to run backup games.
Now here's the thing, I tried running few backups from a usb flash drive, and all the games run perfectly fine on both gx usb loader and neogamma. But I wanted to backup all my games onto a single hdd, so I took my portable 750gb hdd, and made a partition for wii as wbfs.
I used a free program called Easeus to make the unformatted partition, then used wbfs manager to converte it to wbfs, and added all my backups on to it.
When I first loaded the hdd on wii using usb gx loader, it kept reading the ntsc partition for some odd reason, so I looked around, and there was a post about deleting files in configuration folder on sd card.
After that, it worked, and games loaded up, but when I run any of the games, it just goes to a black screen.
I apologize if a similar post about it has been posted on here, but I had no luck finding any. I'll appreciate it if someone can help me out here.

Edit: oh, and I'd also like to add that on neogamma it wont even recognize the hdd. It just loads, and nothing happens.

Make sure your partition is primary and active on your hd (not sure why youve had to delete stuff to get that to work) that might be why you're having black screens. It might be worth refreshing your files for your loader or get the latest version of it.Also checkIntroduce Yourself here its a good starting point (you will get some helpful links too)
