here you say you encounter problems, and in the end you ask how to know if there are problems..
could you try to rephrase your question please and give some more details.. error messages, strange things etc.

I have encountered some bad transfers with wbfs manager before. I would try deleting them off the drive then re-adding them.

I know of two ways to verify Wii game images but I've never used either. There is a program called Wii DiscCheck floating around and there are commands in WIT you can use. I don't bother...If the dump is bad you'll discover it while playing. You could probably use QtWitGui seeing as how it is just a GUI that sits over WIT but I haven't played around with it that much to know if there is an available option to do so.

in my eyes an iso is good when it is recognized by the gamemanager you use, in your case wbfs manager, like displaying game size, game title, region etc, correctly. with a bad iso you would instantly get an error when drag and dropping it into the program. however wbfs manager is not the best out there to maintain the game collection on your drive and/or to copy the games to it. see below the link to the fat32 loading guide and find wii game manager/wii backup manager/wii backup fusion, all three very nice programs for that. (i would switch to fat32 loading anyways)

For some. I don't know of a link Wii DiscCheck that I can post on here other than maybe if I put it up somewhere and link it. WIT can be found here and QtWitGui can be found here.
