USB Loader GX 2.0 with IOS 249 rev21 Hangs and Blank screens when Loading

NOTE: My Wii was softmodded before when it was on System Menu 4.2, but the softmod was undone, from a upgrade to 4.3. So I softmodded it again using the Indiana PWNS method and downgraded to 4.2 using ModMii.

When I bootup USB Loader GX 2.0 and I browse my games, from one coverart to the other coverart I have the feeling it hangs sometimes while browsing.
Then when I choose a game, the game doesn't load, and I have a black screen. A few games load, but when they are loading the screen freezes suddenly and I have to reboot my Wii.

The first thing I did was upgrading all my IOS with ModMii, the problem wasn't resolved. The second thing I did was getting my HDD and backupped all the games on it (WBFS), formatted it as NTFS, checked for errors with the option to restore damaged clusters and sectors, and he found not a single error, so I formatted the HDD again as WBFS, and tried again. The problem still wasn't resolved. The third thing I did was deleting the config files of USB Loader GX, and deleting the image coverarts from the SD Card. Problem wasn't resolved.

So, now my only option is to ask the people here if there's something wrong with my IOSes. I made a SysCheck of my Wii and will post it below, maybe someone can help me if there's something wrong with them....because I honestly was considering removing everything with AnyTitleDeleter and softmod my Wii again.

I have a black Wii which came with Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort

Well, cIOSX rev21 has not really been tested well yet. I would try an older revision, like 19 or preferably 17. Also, try another loader. And another disk if you can (a thumbdrive would work).

Well....I could try that, but I do wonder why you tell me not to use cIOSX rev 21 and USB Loader GX 2.0....when you use it yourself. (your signature). I don't want to sound like a prick, but that's just hypocritical.

    And....isn't it unsave downgrading IOSes?

I do indeed myself use cIOSX rev21, but I also have cIOS38 rev17 aka cIOS249 rev17 installed along with it. The thing is, if you use the latest new stuff, things might work, or they might not. In my case, things are just working fine, so I continue to use cIOSX rev21, but if things hadn't worked, I would have gone back to another version. If installing cIOSX rev19 or cIOS38 rev17 does not solve the problem, you could always reinstall cIOSX rev21, if you wanted. It's just to make sure the cIOS isn't the cause of the problem.

I tried using CFG USB Loader in the meantime. The same happens there too. Games doesn't load.
I do have to be honest, the very first time I softmodded my Wii, I used the same hard disk and never had any problems.
But then I didn't used USB Loader GX 2, but the previous versions and probably another CIOS 249.

So if I install a older rev of CIOS 249, does it overwrite the r21 one without the possibility of a brick?
And if I use a older version of revision, I probably need an old USB Loader as well?

If you install cIOS249 it will indeed overwrite the old one, and no, you won't brick. You do not need to use an older USB loader.

Ok, I checked the old revisions, it says it needs IOS36 Trucha Bugged....if I see my SysCheck, next to my IOS36 there isn't Trucha Bug next to it.
So I guess it doesn't have the Trucha Bug, and I need to restore that?

I downloaded cIOS38 rev 17 and gonna try install it now on 249
I'll check for any errors, and report back

I installed Rev. 17 without any problems. But the problem still isn't solved.
I did noticed something strange when having the health screen when my wii boots.
I press A to continue to the channels, the health screen dissappears, but then slightly light up a little in less then a second. the letters aren't as bright as in the beginning, and then the channels come up.

What I don't understand is, that the Homebrew Channel Works, and the emulators that I load with it as well. Also all WiiWare works.
The System Menu does start, if it had any errors it wouldn't start at all I assume?
Can it be the USB Loader GX is affected by the System Menu?

    I solved the problem.
I installed rev 20 and everything seems to work smoothly now.
Thanks to Bliepo for the help.
