cant get ntsc-u mario sports mix to work with softmod wii

I have updated neogamma as well as tried on the rev17 version. I have tried uLoader cIOS222. Everything I can possibly think of, however I cannot get my backup disc to load. I keep getting no dvd-r :-( error and a display of the year month a date of my dvd drive.

You probably have the new drive, which doesn't read back-ups. If so, then you can only use USB loading.
Awesome sig picture does not work

If your wii plays other copied games, I would say its a bad rip or burn. Try again.

I am having the same problem...except that I am not loading it from DISC rather from Neogamma using a USB drive. I am able to play other backed up games from my USB drive using Neogamma. Could it be that the game requires a DVD in the drive?

I would appreciate any help on this.

    Thanks,
    Steve

Go for it. Or try CFG Loader or WiiFlow.

    Matter of opinion IMO lol

I use usb loader gx & I have never had a problem with it,it loads all my backups from my hdd no probs & backs them up to the hdd in around 6-10 minutes. Easy to use & load. What more could you want. I tried CFG loader & didn't like it.

We've had these debates before and I can say without a doubt most users that know what they are doing recommend cfg loader.

Edit: I mean no disrespect in saying that WII-King everyone has their own free oppinions I am just saying that most here prefer cfg, although they have more than one loader.

I for one find cfg loader unnecessarily complicated, and ugly -- I'm sure it's feature-rich and everything.... USBLoaderGX has a cleaner interface that my 5 year old can use without me worrying about the wii...

Let's keep it in perspective of the thread, folks. There's a time and place for discussion on the different loaders, and this ain't it. I notice all the responses regarding this on-going debate are in regard to a thread hijack post, as well.
