Configurable USB Loader and WiiFlow are very nice, and to my knowledge can rip games. If you want the bare minimum, use Hermes USB Loader. It's not the nicest, but it does it's job. It's also pretty stable, and can rip games like you want.
There are others out there, see what fits you best.

Stay away from USB Loader GX. It is able to rip games, but is very unstable and has lately been bricking Wiis.

If you mean software as in a computer, then I doubt there is any. Plus it would take more time to rip it, transfer it to your USB Drive, and put it in the Wii, if there is any.

Since you only have one post, are you even softmodded? CFG and Wiiflow are great for backing up games to a usb drive AFTER you're modded. Welcome!

You can follow the fat32 usb guide or you can follow the usb loading link in my sig. After they're ripped to the drive you can copy that iso to your pc to burn with a program like IMGburn on Verbatim DVD-R discs. Keep in mind that newer wiis have a new chipset and can not load backed up dvds which limits them from playing games from a hard drive.
