Ca USB Loading for Beginners - ISOs and WiiWare

After getting my Wii out of the closet (after 2 years), I managed to hack it according to Dogeggs awesome tutorial (New 3.1-4.1 Softmod for ANY Wii) and am on 4.1U at present.

I have a few questions now:

    1. What IOS or CIOS am I running now? (after having hacked the wii)
    2. What does IOS or CIOS mean?
    3. How can I play WiiWare & ISOs from USB (more on this below)

    What I have:

    * I have legally backed up ISOs and some WiiWare on my pc.
    * I also have a 2 and 4 GB Kingston USB Flash Drive.
    * I do not have a big SD card, it is only 2mb (will order bigger from ebay soon).

What I would like to do:

I would like to play WiiWare and my ISOs from my USB Flash Drive. But since I do not have a big SD card, I can not take NAND backups (that most USB tutorials require) and hence cannot install USB playing.

I have seen Gen3SF (Loading and Playing Wii Backup Games from USB HDD (softmod only)) and Krank (FAT32 Hard Drives - Formatting, Loading, Ripping, Playing) tutorials and am very very confused.

What should I do? Should I use the new USB Loader GX v2.0? How should I use it? Can anyone point me in the right direction given the information I have provided.

I am tired of playing Wii Sports, Fifa and Bully!

    Thanks for the information.

I managed to play backed up ISOs using Gen3SF's guide (Loading and Playing Wii Backup Games from USB HDD (softmod only)), and I'll give FAT32 a try also.

BUT I STILL CANT PLAY WIIWARE. MIGHTY CHANNELS REQUIRES A DAMN NAND DUMP AND MY SD CARD IS ONLY 2MB. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
