NoOb; Problem With WBFS, advice please. FAT32 Formatting etc?!

Wii is 4.2, Softy. I have Windows 7 64bit Ult Ed. WBFS 3.0.

WBFS, limits 500 games. So my question is, if I was to Partition my hd, can I do 500 per partition? Break my HP EasySave 2tb into two partitions and do 500 per?
(Also having problems WBFS formatting my HP 2tb hdd. My 1 tbb did just fine.)
    ALSO
I was reading that I could format it to FAT32 using a few different programs, then there would be no limit. However my question/problem with that is, if I do that, then the files wont shrink like they do in WBFS, so wouldnt they take up more room on the HDD?

    Thanks

500 game limit for wbfs formatted drive. unlimited for fat32 and ntfs drives. you can put your games on the fat and ntfs drive as wbfs files, which reduces file size, or with ntfs, load iso's

Somehow I messed up, because it loaded my nes/snes as games instead of in a single folder.

My only fear is the 5 games i have (we have kids, dont want them touching the disc, they scratch and break them; should see their toys, lol) Are loading as 4.5gb per file onto NTFS but when done through WBFS they are 2.25 ea. So with NTFS/Fat they would take up more room..
