    Launching BOOTMII via Homebrew = No Menu

    After searching forum posts, was told I needed to do a wii nand backup using bootmii accessed thru homebrew.
    Clicked "launch bootmii" & get black screen on 3 differ. sd cards every time.

    Told backup was needed first before installing Triiforce/mighty channels to play wiiware via Wiiflow.

    (under apps folder there is an installer note containing, in part, the following:

    "HackMii v0.8 installer starting up
    PVR = 00087103
    running under IOS 61 rev 0x151d76 titles are installed
    Found IOS 254: revision: 0xff01*
    installed BootMii/IOS"

    has serveral other zero's, f's, etc. included in text.) Does this mean it is already installed?
    Soft-modded a year ago & don't remember if backup was performed then.
    Any solution welcomed!

    You must have a folder called bootmii onthe root of your sd

    If you don't have that folder with three different files inside download and load the hackmii installer, select bootmii then select prepare sd card this will give you the folders and files needed to launch bootmii and do the backup

    If you do have a bootmii folder, then your VIDEO setting is probably wrong. Either edit bootmii.ini manually, or use BootMii Configuration Editor to do it on your Wii.

    Downloaded Hackmii_installer v0.8. Extracted & now have folder "wiiload" & 2 files: boot.elf and bootmini.elf. Where do you put these items on SD card...do I create new folder called bootmii in root of sd w/ the 2 .elf files in it???
    My SD root already has folders: apps, private, SD ROOT, wad & wiiflow as well as a text doc. called "installer" & when opened 1st line starts as follows...HackMii v0.8 installer starting up PVR...etc.
    Thanks
