Newly Soft-Modded Wii - Need guidance 4.1E [Mac User]

    Right,

I have soft-modded my Wii and updated to 4.1E using Dogeggs guide.

I have installed a few Wii-ware games using the WAD Manager and everything installs fine and plays fine.

However I am wondering what to do next... Is there a step-by-step guide to installing the USB loader thing? I did try the search function however I couldn't find anything... unless I am blind... I may have missed it so please don't flame my human error.
I would like to be able to play back-up games especially as some of my games are a bit too scratched up.

I have read through many guides about burning back-up discs so I feel quite confidant in that sector, however I was wondering if I could just go right ahead and play the back-ups or if I do need the USB loader to enable me to play the games?

Thank you in advance for your patience as this is the first time I've done this.

Do that, discs are not worth the hassle. If your wii is relatively new, it will not be able to read backups anyhow.

    Thank you for your responses.

Will look in to it and see how I go... haha.

Not sure how old the system is as I bought it second hand... however when I got it, the firmware was 3.4E which I assumed it was quite an old model.
Is there any way of finding out if I can load the back-ups?

    Cheers everyone!

Will need to go and buy a decent external HDD first, but will do all the necessary steps to get my Wii up to scratch

That was not his goal, but if the shoe fits.........
It's gets frustrating for the mods to answer the same questions over and over and over and over......... just because people fail to use the tools they have been given.
