Format your SD card as FAT (not FAT32) and try apps again. Mak sure Quick Format is disabled.

correct i cannot run all apps from the memory card. no matter what mod pack i use it freezes when i try to run a app. I only have one original game which is indiana jones and when i try to play it, it freezes on a black screen and never starts.i was trying to do this whole modding process and i am not even sure if i completely modded the wii. I do have HBC and configurable usb loader and the Load mii channel. I tried to run sysCheck v2.0 but it keeps freezing when it is on the testing ios vulnerabilities screen

Did you try FAT instead of FAT32?

If you have a "private" folder on your SD card, rename it to "private1". Next, download SysCheck Exploits.zip and extract it to the root of your SD card. Put the card in your Wii, turn it on, and click the SD icon in the bottom-left corner. When it asks, say yes to loading boot.dol.

Run a system check. If it freezes too, make sure to note which IOS it is scanning at the time (this version will tell you). If it doesn't, post the contents of sysCheck.cvs in spoilers.
