black ops 'disc could not be read'

I've found many people with the same problem but I didn't find any solutions yet. So when I play the game after 5 minutes it stops and says 'the disc could not be read/ read the manual'. Are there any solutions? I use neogamma, verbatim dvd-r, wii 4.2e
