Hacked wii 4.3 twitchy wii mote and button presses not registering

Hi, my friend recently bought a wii with 4.3 on it, he noticed before he hacked it with the 4.3 guide that the wiimote hand on screen was twitching, its now been several days since the hack and the wii mote is very twitchy and the buttons will randomly stop communicating to his games , can anyone help with this? ps. initially the wii played fine for a few days after the hack

Have you tried replacing the batteries in the wiimote?

I don't know about the key-presses, but if you have any bright lamps or things like a Christmas tree (with lights of course) sitting near the TV, it will throw off the signal. Try turning off all the lights and see if it works. If so, turn them on one-by-one to figure out the biggest source.

My bet is on a Christmas tree if you have one. I have to unplug ours before playing games.
