Usb loader GX shows zero games while CFG shows them???

Okay guys hopefully you can tell me what's going on here.

For the past 6+ months i have used GX without a problem, when all of a sudden I tried it today and GX shows Zero games in my library. So I think hm.. and reformat and repartition (fat 32 and WBFS) and redump my games... still no dice in GX. The odd thing is that all my settings in GX are fine just lack of my games. So next I load up CFG and god behold my games are visible... Kinda weird i think, should i just give up on GX and just stick with CFG since it seems to be the loader of choice for everyone else? By the way the favorite star is not on... I've been searching around and that seems to be a common problem. I am used to GX but i am willing to change if i must. Any Ideas? Thanks guys

    my GX rev is 938
I just turned the wii on to check the rev and now it's working again... doesn't make any sense, I didn't even change anything.... I think I'm just going to switch to CFG for lack of problems..... thanks for the help though, any ideas on why it did it in the first place I'm just dumb founded by it and it kinda bugs me lol

I think i may have figured out the problem, My HDD has two partitions on it and for some reason i also had my SD card in the wii (maybe i put it in there while cleaning my room) which also has GX app data, and today i tried GX and same zero game problem, i opened the hatch and saw that the SD was in there so i took it out, restarted the wii and everything is working fine now, so my theory is that the SD and HDD were some how conflicting with each other. So as of now problem solved thanks for the help narse1979
