HDD formatted WBFS, NTFS, and FAT32

I have my 1T HDD partitioned in FAT32 & NTFS, at the moment. However, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to add a WBFS partition (if it's possible to use 3 partitions on the Wii)? Some have posted that WBFS is good, and some have posted to NOT ever use it, so I'm unsure (Any comments would be appreciated). Also, I need to know if I need to make a partition active, to be able to use that particular partition? Using my partition manager, only 1 can be active at a time.

By the way, MANY THANKS, to all the brainiacks, here on WiiHacks!!!

No don't make a WBFS partition. Set either the FAT32 partition or NTFS partition to active and load from there.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Using any disk partitioning software. You can only have one active partition per drive.
