    Seagate mounting issue

Trying to use 1TB Seagate Expansion ST310005EXA101-RK. Everything works except everytime I go into USB loader it will not detect the drive unless I unplug it from the Wii and replug it in during the mounting sequence. I have turned off the power management on the hard drive. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks.

That hdd should boot with out any issues. What cIOS is your usb loader using? I have a Seagate FreeAgent Desk and it does the same thing as yours when I have cIOSx rev20 installed. So I use cIOS38 rev17 and all is well. Of course, we do have different Seagate models so this may not fix your problem.

Thanks for your help. Being new, I am still not sure what version of cios I have. Here is what I got from sysCheck. Any more help would be appreciated.

    well, you have rev17...
it would be nice if you put the syscheck in spoiler tags and no spaces between the different ios's
See the Thanks button over there?
