Homebrew Channel Does Not Recognize HDD USB

I have a 4.3u Wii with a Fat32 USB HDD, but the only homebrew that seems to recognize it is Configurable USB Loader. Can someone help me out?

Thanks for your help so far, Cile. I think my external drive enclosure might be the problem. I'm using a 320 GB Western Digital Scorpio Blue Drive with a 2.5" Nexstar 3 NST-260SU-BK enclosure. I also tried a 2TB Samsung EcoGreen w/ 3.5" Nexstar 3 NST-U380S3-BK enclosue. That did not work either. I think there is an issue with the Nexstar 3 enclosures and was thinking of buying an Nexstar SX NST-285S2-BK enclosure for my Western Digital drive. Do you think that would work?
