You are missing IOS and are using an incompatible System Menu. Why don't you follow a wiihacks guide and get with the win, and lose the lose lol.

I'm getting a blackscreen on metroid prime only. (so far...) i tried posting to a metroid prime thread but after i posted i saw it was marked as closed so i'm trying to post here. I wish i could help you regarding your problem. I know there are guides that are pretty easy to find on this site so maybe that's why he didn't list them. The one problem is that sometimes they list out of date stuff, usually they update them mid thread. One thing i notice is that you don't have ios 222 or ios 223. These are installed by hermes 4...so search hermes 4 and find that guide. See my syscheck below for an example. Meanwhile....here's my problem...

I am using wiiflow 2.2 rc1 IOS222 (and have tried a variety of other wiiflow versions all ios222) and can't get metroid prime working. I've searched a variety of articles and done various things including
    - turning 002 fix on/off/default
    -changing ios to 223/249/250/202
-changing this alt dol to p1 for prime 1 , p2 for prime2 etc.

I've seen reports that people can at least get p1 and p2 working, i can't even get them working. The symptom is always the same....it black screens with a code dump and then reloads to HBC or menu depending on where i launch it from. I THINK i have the right hermes 4 installed. I don't think its the loader as i've tried a bunch of other wii flow loaders and in general see the same thing on posts regarding other loaders.

I am posting a syscheck gx hoping someone that someone will spot a problem. Feel free to comment on anything not just issues for metroid prime. I can play other games fine. I am using a Fat32 partition. I don't think it is the 4gig limit but am not sure on that one so that is one theory. Another theory is that it won't work from USB as the 222 loader doesn't have the right firepower as most of the posts that seem to get it partially working or fully working are discussing a burned disc, not from the usb drive. Finally, another theory is that my ios 55 is not up to snuff. That's based on what i read above.

    Please help, syscheck below

i've heard that call of duty 3 won't load at all from a usb ...something to do with the way it loads missions....not sure if 3 is black ops.... i have call of duty world at war and it initially loads up but i haven't had a chance to actually play it as i'm battling with metroid prime issues. You need to use the search feature to find these things. another way to find the basics is to go to the forums faq and they have plenty of guides in there. good luck. take confidence that you have at least been able to post a syscheck you should also be looking to have a priloader and a nand backup....look for instructions.

There is a recommended guides section for softmod guides. Sounds like you are randomly installing things, which would be fine I guess, if it were actually working for ya.
There is a particular one titled "softmod any wii"

How & when did you softmod your wii? This is the one & only place to do it right.Blank screens just could be the missing ios's. which you install with wad manager.

    look here.
