    The previous link should have given you plenty and sufficient amount of information. But to summarize it in short without going into details:

    You can have multiple folders on your SD-cards. The basic folders are: apps - private - wad. Your wad managers goes into the apps folder, and the file with extension .wad goes into your wad folder. In your HBC you can access the wad manager application. By using the default settings (IOS249 & SD) you can install wads which are located in your wad folder. That way you can install them. Note of caution: only install wads that are reliable!

    wad files usually get placed in the wad folder, except when used with a cIOS installer the wad gets placed on the root of the SD card. A reliable wad would be found in the guide, an unreliable wad would be from somebody posting with a wad they just made, wanting you to try it out.

    OK, you make the folder "wad installer". Now copy the contents of the wad manager download to the "wad installer" folder.

    Any folder that is located in the apps folder must contain a boot.dol for it to show in the HBC. Look in your wad installer folder, you should see a boot.dol, if you see a different .dol file then rename it to boot.dol.

    You should rename the wad installer folder to wad manager.

    it should look like this

    SD: -> apps -> wad manager -> boot.dol

    MMM is an auto installer that can install IOS's. If the cIOS is in wad form then it will install it.
    A cIOS installer will only install a cIOS, from a base wad on the root of the SD, or from wifi.
