    can i have one more person verify that i should install the forwarder channel using 249...strength in numbers!! thx for ur help, peire--can't be too careful!

    dont double post use the edit button if you seen on the guide 222 use that but if you want to use 249 its upto you

    Every IOS which is fakesigned should work to install the forwarder channel. This means that both 222 and 249 will install the fowarder channel with no problem --- at least if they're not a stub, which they aren't in your case.
