Partial progress hacking my 4.2u Wii but...

Hi I am attempting to hack my Wii in order to play backup games off a USB hardrive.
I read through as many guides and sticky threads as I could to try to get a better understanding of the whole process but I am still a bit confused because most of the guide although good are not 100% straight forward at least imo, although I am much better off than when I first considered doing this last year thanks to wwihacks. Heres what I did so far.

I used the following guide: (Is this up to date or do I need to download new files? Certain files that were included in the rars I downloaded the most recent versions)

    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...tem-menus.html

    I did the following:

-I got the Homebrew channel installed with the bannerbomb exploit and hackmii and installed bootmii
I backed up my NAND using bootmii to SD card
-I got rid of stub ios249
    -I did installation of cios38rev14
-Installed USBLoaderGXr850.wad to get USB loader GX as a channel,

I can't get my internet working on my Wii so I used NUdownloader to download the following:

    IOS222-64-v65280
    IOS223-64-v65280

But I am not sure if I needed these or are they optional? I thought I read one of these added USB 2.0 support which seems important?

I believe after I install this then I need to install the following so that i will be able to install priiloader. Should I install v.3 or get the newest version online?

    IOS70-64-v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug]

I could not find IOS202 in NUdownloader even after updating the software. Is it available through this software?

Also I have a Seagate USB 2.0 hardrive (which I believe should work as per the compatibility list). I am wondering if I should use WBFSManager3.0 to format it
or can i just use FAT32 instead? or should have one partition for HBC apps like emulators, and then another WBFS partition for wii games. Again I am not sure if the guide is outdated and things have changed or not because everywhere I look it seems to say different things. I have tried to follow the guide as best as I can.

Any help answering these questions would be great. If I missed doing something important please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Bill

Those are useless stubs, never install IOS from NUSD that are above 200...they are all stubs. Follow the softmod any Wii guide and you will have everything you need (202,222,223...usb loader and other things).
    Damn I suck!!!!
