So i burnt a game to a black dvd disk and my wii is softmodded on 4.2u and when i try to load the disk i just ger the neogamma error 1167! :006: Is this because i have the newer model wii my serial is: LU123079679.

Yes it is, you have the D3-2 Drive, you cant play disk backups, only from an HDD
