gecko OS 1.9.3 cannont find SD

So I am trying to hack Animal Crossing City Folk (RUUE01)

    I have Homebrew 1.8
    Gecko 1.9.3
    Cheat Code Manager on computer

I am attempting to add codes to my game, i saved to F:\codes\RUUE01.gct

everything is in it's right place, when i attempt to run it though, it comes up saying it can't find it.

Accio Hacks - When i go to run this program it tells me SD CARD NOT DETECTED, although my SD card is connected to the wii through a usb
