    Exclamation lost with sdl mame..

ok first of all hello to everyone.. and thanks for all the great info on how to mod..
i have ran mame32 for years on my arcade system (built from a dual sit down arcade version of sonic racing) and have many roms. they do run with the latest version of mame but i am having trouble getting them to work with the wii emulator.
i have been at this for the last 4 hours with no luck..
some games will play fine but im having problems with ms pac man (my favorite game)
when i try to open it with sdl 0.5 it just goes back to the homebrew menu.
i read that you have to change drivers in the mini file but after searching for hours i have no luck. im guessing that you have to change something in his program (in the .dol file?)
but have no idea how to do this.. please help
    thanks
    Brandon

What level are your ROMS at? SDL MAME Wii uses MAME 0.134u4 as its base. I would personally try a different ROM set because I can confirm Ms. Pacman works.

Ms. Pacman games working on the Wii

I have this same problem. It persists even after using clrmamepro to update the ROMs. I'm using system menu 4.3.

What about adding the clones to ms pac man? Try the excessive speed version. Mine just crashes too. Same with Joust and Qbert.
One thing funny, how do you go back to a system menu while running the program without resetting the system?

Once again I failed. No matter what MAME says they all crash. It looks like I'll have to give up on just trusting MAME and actually play test everything for at least a couple of minutes too. I could have swore I had Ms. PacMan working at one point though? Maybe on the last Rev or something? Sorry for being a douche!
