Us Did UK to USA SW swap (4.2E to 4.1U) now have some questions.

So I took my 4.2E (UK black wii) and did the ARC_mod06_offline4.1 swap and installed all IOS's reccomended and the 4.1U. My question is I was asked during the install if I wanted to install RgnSel + EULA I wasn't sure so I said yes and it went fine. What was that and what did it do? And the next question is when I go back to the UK if I want to change back to the 4.1E SW where can I get that .rar at? I'm guessing I would just put the 4.1E sw on the SD in place of the 4.1U sw and do the same thing to swap it back.

Might not need to as my UK tv's can display NTSC and PAL but I'd like to have it just the same. Its only the crap USA tv's that don't display PAL which prompted the change...and last thing can someone direct me to where I can get wii channels without being forced to update?
    Thanks

I have a question; is this mauifrog's guide you speak of or some non-wiihacks guide? The point I'm making is if this relates to a wiihacks guide, would it not better serve you and the community to make this post in said guide? What's the point of YAT (Yet Another Thread). RgnSel (educated guess) is Region Select and EULA is... EULA (End User License Agreement).

mauifrog helped me a long time ago when I asked about switching... if there is a guide on it it's because of me and his help. This thread is open because its been over 6 mo's since I got help and the thread he helped in as since long been closed.

This is the guide I was speaking of. Your two posts say two different things. The first one suggests you're only now or have just done a region change. Your second post says you've either asked or did it long ago. Follow the linked guide, ask questions there if necessary.

    1. Probably NUS Downloader.
    2. Mauifrog has a guide on 4.3/4.2->4.1, I suggest you follow it (otherwise you WILL brick).

You can install all the channels with Multi-Mod Manager. And if you need to you can use to region change guide to go back to 4.1e, but that is not required since your wii will work with a euro tv but you can do it. Region select is only used when the wii settings is formated, it is the out of box app that sets your language and time, etc and you need to have the region select installed for your system menu. Without the proper region select installed you would have a semi brick following a wii setting format. The elua, is just that, it displays the elua and has you accept it.

I did a search and can't find the multi-mod manager... I tried the shopping channel v20 install but it didn't work it errored out everytime. the wad installed fine but the channel wouldn't. I uninstalled the shopping channel and now i have NO channel...

UPDATE: Tired different sd that worked...don't know if it was the new SD cuz I use Mirco SD's or if it was using wad manager 1.7 when i used 1.4 before.
So channel works but when i go into the channel it says my wii was last known as UK wii and now is a USA wii and doesn't let me do anything.... : (
So because I changed my wii I guess I can't use it...

    Important Warning
The latest update to the shop channel BREAKS SHOP COUNTRY REGION CHANGING! Be warned that your Wii may be stuck in a certain region for the shop for the time being.

The 4.2 update will brick your Korean region changed with a 003 Error brick.
